Destination

We are currently only shipping to EU and UK. But if you live in somewhere else, please contact us first. Our shipment is not available for some tiny islands, please contact us first if you live in any islands.

EU member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Shipping Cost

All orders come with free shipping.

Shipping Time

For in-stock orders, it usually takes 1-2 business days to process, and another 3-8 days for the order to arrive at your door. In the rare cases there may be a slight delay in shipment. If you do not receive your order within 15 business days, feel free to contact us at varunebikes.service@gmail.com.
For preorders/backorders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.

Order Tracking

You can track your order and shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered one on varunebike.com.
If you haven't registered on our site, you can also track your order through the email we send you about the tracking information.
For more shipping information, send an email to varunebikes.service@gmail.com. We will respond to you within 24 hours.
If you haven't received the bike, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days. Otherwise, you need to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue.
All shipments require a signature upon delivery. It is your responsibility to stay informed of the latest information and to contact the shipping company regarding any changes in delivery dates. Varun is not responsible for any parcels that cannot be delivered.

PLEASE NOTE: If your order includes other accessories, they will be shipped separately.

Shipping Changes & Cancellations:

No charge for changing the address or canceling the order before the package is shipped.
€20 will be charged when the in-transit logistics information shows that the change is successful.
€180 will be charged to cancel the order after the package has already shipped.
€180 will be charged if the customer does not accept the package or the package is undelivered (including failed address modification).
